Knights of Columbus Storm Damage in Monroe

Straight-line winds tore the roof off this popular Monroe, LA venue causing extensive water damage in the building after five hours of extensive and uninterrupted rainfall. SERVPRO® crews gutted the ceilings, walls, and floors and restored additional areas that were damaged. The Before Photo depicts the mess from the winds and rain with an exposed attic area. Our team members discarded the debris and saturated building materials and proceeded to place many LGR dehumidifiers along with wet/dry vacs to extract pooling water and water vapor. Spraying of an antifungal agent would inhibit the potential growth of mold. We can document the drying process with sensors and infrared imaging before turning over the structure for a rebuild.
